I spent my career in sales and franchise management in the fitness industry. I was good at operating businesses, leading teams, and making things work at scale. What I was not good at was writing code.

In 2025 I retired from that career to build software exclusively through AI agent orchestration. Not as a hobby. As a serious operating model.

Chat Workforce is the infrastructure I built to make that possible. It is a real product built by a real AI workforce under my governance. Every commit is documented. The git log is the receipt.

Principle 01
Gary is the Chief of Staff
Every task routes through Gary first. Gary briefs specialists, tracks deliverables, and surfaces decisions that need the founder. You stay in the CEO seat.
Principle 02
Team members never exceed their scope
Your Legal Research team member assists with research. It does not give legal advice. Your CFO models finances. It does not replace a CPA. Scope boundaries are non-negotiable.
Principle 03
The founder approves everything important
Layer 1 tasks execute autonomously. Layer 2 surfaces for founder review. Layer 3 requires explicit approval. You are never out of the loop on decisions that matter.

One account. No ceiling.
Your account can run any number of projects, revenue streams, or business directions simultaneously. The only constraint is how large you want your workforce and how fast you want to move.
